File > Open > Select your Table Name > Open > Now Entry your Data > Save

File > Open > Select your Database File > From Open box Click Open Exclusive > Open > Tools > Security > Set Database Password > Type Password in Password Box > Retype Password in Verify Box> Ok

ΠHow to create Query ?

Query is a searching technique of particular fields from a database

Select Query, Parameter Query, Crosstab Query, Action Query,SQL

Open your Database > Select a Table Name > Query > New > Design View > Ok > Select Table Name > Add > Close

 

  How to create Table with some Particular Fields from Main Table ?

Open your Database > Select Table Name > Queries > Create Query by using Wizard > Select your Field from Available Fields > Next > Next > Finish

Ž Make a query which will show Emp_No, Emp_Name, Position, Salary, Dept_No fields from Employee Table of Database for those people belongs to Dept_No 20 ? 

Open your Database > Select Table Name > Queries > Create Query in Design View > Select a Table > Add > Close > Select Emp_No, Emp_Name, Position, Salary, Dept_No field > Write 20 in Criteria field  below to the Dept_No field >Query > Run > Save > Query Name > Ok

 

 Make a query which will Show Emp_No, Emp_Name, Position, Salary, Dept_No fields from Employee Table of Database for those people belongs to Dept_No 20 and Salary greater than 15000 ? 

Open your Database > Select Table Name > Queries > Create Query in Design View > Select a Table > Add > Close > Select Emp_No, Emp_Name, Position, Salary, Dept_No field > Write “20” in Criteria field  below to the Dept_No field > Write “>1500 ” in Criteria field  below to the Salary field > Query > Run > Save > Query Name > Ok

 

 Make a query which will show Emp_No, Emp_Name, Position, Salary, Dept_No fields from Employee Table of Database for those people belongs to Dept_No 20 or Dept_No 50 ? 

Open your Database > Select Table Name > Queries > Create Query in Design View > Select a Table > Add > Close > Select Emp_No, Emp_Name, Position, Salary, Dept_No field > Write “20” in Criteria field  below to the Dept_No field > Write “50” in OR field  below to the Salary field > Query > Run > Save > Query Name > Ok

 

‘ Make a query which will show Customer _Name, Address, Order_Date, Product_Name and Quantity using three Tables Customer, order and Product ? 

Open your Database > Select Tables Name > Queries > Create Query in Design View > Select Multiple Tables > Add > Close > Select Customer _Name, Address, Order_Date, Product_Name and Quantity > Query > Run > Save > Query Name > Ok

 

’ Make a query which will show Emp_No, Emp_Name, Position, Salary, Dept_No fields from Employee Table USING SQL Query ?

Open your Database > Select Tables Name > Queries > Create Query in Design View > Select a Table > Add > Close > View Menu > SQL View > Write SELECT  Employee_Name, Position, Salary FROM Employee > Query > Run > Save > Query Name > Ok

Open your Database > Select your Table which you want to create Auto Form > Insert > Auto Form

 

 How to Create Auto Report ?

Open your Database > Select your Table which you want to create Auto Form > Insert > Auto Report

 

Data Type

Text                  : Text, Combinational of Text and Numbers (255 Chr)

Memo                : Lengthy Text, Combinational Text and Numbers (65536)

Number            : Numeric Data used to calculation (1,2,4,8,16,Bytes)

Date/Time         : Date & Time values from100-9999 years (8 Bytes)

Currency           : Currency values and Numeric Data (8 Bytes)

Yes/No              : If choose only one of two values (1 bit)

OLE Object      : An object Link to or Embedded in Microsoft Access table                               

                                 from MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop (1 GB)

Hyperlink         : Text, Combinational of Text and Numbers (2048 Chr)

Lookup Wizard : Create a field that allows you to choose a value from   

                                  another table or from a list of values by using a list box

                                  or combo box (4Bytes)
